Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time and check in with our hostess when you arrive. Anyone running more than 5 min past their appointment time will be placed in a queue. We will do our best to reschedule and fit you in at the next available time.
All ticket sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds, cancellations, or no-shows. If you are running late for your appointment, you will be placed in a queue and we will do our best to work you back into the schedule, but we cannot guarantee your spot.
Pay it forward! If for any unforeseen reason, you cannot make it to your appointment, you are more than welcome to pass your reservation on to a friend. Just forward your confirmation to you friend and contact us at email@example.com to give us a heads up!
