USEFUL INFO
UPDATED POLICY:
Auragami Studio is requiring that masks or face coverings be worn at all times in the studio.
We are only allowing the person being photographed in the studio at a time so please ask your friends/family to wait outside or in the car.
Equipment and surfaces will be wiped down with disinfectant between each session.
We will provide hand sanitizer for you to use before and after you take your portrait.
You may opt to remove your mask for the portrait only and put it back on immediately after for the remainder of your session. Please wait til instructed if you decide to remove your mask.
DAY-OF
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. We are only allowing one appointment at a time in the studio, so please wait outside or close by. Anyone running more than 5 min past their appointment time will be placed in a queue. We will do our best to reschedule and fit you in at the next available time.
REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds, cancellations, or no-shows. If you are running late for your appointment, you will be placed in a queue and we will do our best to work you back into the schedule, but we cannot guarantee your spot.
Pay it forward! If for any unforeseen reason, you cannot make it to your appointment, you are more than welcome to pass your reservation on to a friend. Just forward your confirmation to you friend and contact us at connect@auragami.la to give us a heads up!
