AURA PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS + AGREEMENT

By purchasing a session with Auragami, you are agreeing to the below terms of your aura photography session.

Auragami is an energy focused brand dedicated to bringing awareness to the magic within you. Each session is a unique moment between you, the subject being photographed or recorded (“you”), and Auragami Inc, a California Corporation (“Auragami”).

By completing checkout, you are hereby granting Auragami permission to capture and use photo and video content, including but not limited to aura photographs, video recordings, behind the scenes footage, and short form video content such as Instagram Reels, TikToks, and similar media, in any capacity. Content may include your likeness, voice, and participation.

Auragami’s Rights

Auragami retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the intellectual property associated with its business, including copyrights. This includes aura photographs and video content of you created by Auragami (“Content”).

Your Rights

Personal Use

Auragami grants you a license to use the Content however you see fit, provided it is for personal, noncommercial use (“Personal Use License”). Content may be used on your personal social media accounts.

Commercial Licensing

The Personal Use License does not extend to commercial use. Under the terms of this Agreement, you confirm that the Content will not be used for commercial purposes, including business websites, advertisements, or business media of any kind. If you would like to use the Content commercially, Auragami will gladly discuss licensing terms. You can contact us at connect@auragami.la.

Photo and Video Release

You are granting Auragami a royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, and irrevocable right and license to use the Content created during your session in all forms and media, now known or later developed. This includes but is not limited to advertising, marketing, publications, newsletters, social media, Instagram, TikTok, video platforms, and other digital or print media (“Use”).

You waive any right to notice of such Use, and any right to inspect or approve the final Content. You release and discharge Auragami from any claims or causes of action, now known or later discovered, including invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or defamation arising out of the Use of the Content.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We are unable to accommodate refunds, cancellations, or no shows. If you are running late, you will be placed in a queue and we will do our best to work you back into the schedule, but we cannot guarantee your spot.
